Great Company, trustworthy and good quality Nigel & Jim were brilliant, very tidy and good workmanship, we would thoroughly recommend them. We chose The Window Company to install a composite front door for us and we made an excellent choice. From the first visit by Nigel, our instinct told us that he was the right person for the job. He accommodated our timescales and gave very honest and helpful advice to help us make the correct decisions for our home. Upon installation, a manufacturers fault was highlighted by Nigel and Jim - this showed a level of professionalism and honesty which I doubt would be found in many other installers. The issue was in no way connected to the installation and Nigel quickly dealt directly with the manufacturers to find a resolution for us which we really appreciated. Jim and Nigel were both excellent fitters, with great attention to detail and finish and we are delighted with the stunning door that we now have.

With some unexpected issues from previous bad bodge jobs to advising me how to get what I wanted at the cheapest price. Nige is knowledgeable, always on hand to help (even from Spain when he was on holiday) to when he fitted the windows. We had lots of unexpected problems but when I arrived home, the windows had transformed the place. I would wholly recommend Nigel! Brilliant job.

We could not be happier with the end look, our home is warmer, no drafts, much less noise disruption now audible from traffic outside, and of course, the windows and doors look AMAZING! My partner and I had been deliberating about getting new windows for a while but kept putting it off due to cost and fear of the hard sell from national window companies. Someone mentioned using a local company so after reading some positive reviews I decided to give THE WINDOW COMPANY a try. Nigel came round and measured our windows and gave us helpful advice on all aspects of our new windows. The price he quoted the next day was very reasonable. He stayed only long enough to measure and answer our questions, unlike national window company salesmen who outstay their welcome and then inundate you with cold calls. When Nigel and Jim came to fit our windows they arrived when they said they would, they cleared up after themselves and took away our old windows. The new windows are lovely and make the house look much more attractive. I will be getting some French doors fitted next year and will use THE WINDOW COMPANY again. I would highly recommend them.

Superb quality, workmanship and customer service. I cannot fault Nigel and his team at The Window Company Bristol. I have previously had a composite door from this company and so knew that when the time came (I had moved house) I would use them again. There is no hard sell; there doesn't need to be because the quality of the products and fitting are second to none. I have had 7 windows and a composite front door fitted, which includes a large bay window yet have not had to redecorate any of the rooms at all, which I was expecting to have to do. Their timekeeping is super and they kept in touch at all times. My house is transformed, I had no worries at all and I would thoroughly recommend this company for your windows and doors.

I had Nigel Fit 10 windows and two doors at my property in Clevedon, His service and product are fantastic. I was even felt comfortable leaving the guys working on my property without me being around. I Recommend this guys very highly and if you are looking to have some Doors or Windows fitted then you should 150% look into these guys.
